Elizabeth "Betsy" Louise (Pepper) Shreckengast

     Loving and dedicated Pastor’s wife, mother and nurse, Elizabeth L. (Betsy) Pepper Shreckengast, 84, of Milford, Delaware passed safely into the arms of her Savior on November 21, 2025. She was born in Easton, Maryland on April 13, 1941 to George Ford Pepper, Sr. and Dorothy Graham Pepper.

     After high school, she attended Wilmington General Hospital School of Nursing and earned her Registered Nurse diploma in 1966. She married Rev. G. Ervin Shreckengast in that same year and is pre-deceased by him, her parents, and her siblings George Ford Pepper Jr., Dorothy Moyer, and John Pepper. She is survived by her children Victoria (William) Pierce, Kimberly Moslen, Terrance (Rebecca) Shreckengast and granddaughters Hannah Skye and Avra, as well as siblings Patricia Jaffray and James Pepper. 

      Please join the family at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 on Tuesday December 2, 2025 for visitation at 10:00 A.M., funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Barratt’s Chapel Cemetery in Frederica, Delaware.
