It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Claudine Hannah on October 28, 2024 in Kent General Hospital, Dover. Elizabeth Claudine Hannah was born on October 30, 1950 in Corpus Christi, TX to Alice Moody and Jasper Vest.
She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a devoted Christian of the Mormon faith. She enjoyed spending time with her large family, talking on the phone, writing cards, creating photo albums, socializing, and enjoyed involvement with her church.
She is survived by her husband Norman C. Hannah; her four children Scott of DE, Mark of Nevada, Lisa of DE and Laura of Texas and two step daughters Dawn of DE and Kay of PA; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her step daughter Tara. The oldest of nine children, she was the eldest and leaves behind her sister Glenda and many brothers: Kenneth, Rick, James, David, Nathan, Robert and Michael.

A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE where there will be a viewing from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday. Burial will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
