Dorothy Ann (Rowe) Marotta

Dorothy Ann Marotta, age 69, passed away surrounded by loved ones in Dover, DE on May 1st 2025.  She lived most of her life in Andover, NJ but enjoyed her new home in Dover, DE since her retirement.  Dottie’s proudest achievement was the family she shared with her beloved husband Vinny, who passed away only a few short months ago.  She worked in customer service for most of her career, helping to support her family so she and Vinny could give their boys the best life possible.

Dottie was predeceased by her husband Vincent Marotta Sr, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage, her parents Milford & Clara, her sisters Nancy and Jeanette, and her brother Milford.  She is survived by her two sons Vincent Jr and his wife Samantha and Mark, along with her 4 grandchildren Ryan, Cole, Jake & Molly, her brother Richard and his wife Barbara, her sister-in-law Lucille and her husband Denny, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dottie enjoyed spending time with her boys and grandchildren, traveling, crocheting, cooking and playing the slots!  Her family takes solace knowing that she is now reunited with her eternal love Vinny.
