Dorothy Helen (Boarts) Adams

     Dorothy Helen ( Boarts) Adams, of Dover, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 23, 2021, in her home. She was 88.

    Dorothy was born September 26, 1932 in Clayton, New Jersey to the late, Samuel & Bertha(Stock) Boarts. She had several jobs throughout her life from Lab Technician to Veterinary Assistant, and  in her free time  enjoyed dancing, traveling, reading, and painting rocks.

    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Pascale, who died in 1979 & her grandson, Sammy Adams, who died in 2020.

    Dorothy is survived by her husband of 36 years, Samuel Adams; her daughter, Susan Cross & husband, Greg, of Rockville, MD.; her grandchildren, Megan Hodnicki, Christopher Gilmore, Danielle(D.J.) Adams; and Chelsea Marinovich ; her step-children, Kathi Thomas & Eddy Adams; 4 step-grandsons, Jacob Thomas, Zachary Thomas, Casey Napavoda, and Jason Adams; her step-granddaughter, Jamie Adams; and great-grandsons, Noah Hodnicki, Stefan Marinovich, Leo Marinovich; great-granddaughters, Payton Fitzgerald,and Olivia Hodnicki; and a step-great-granddaughter, Trinity Thomas.
