Donna Howell Goodman

Donna Howell Goodman, 65, of Camden, Delaware, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, peacefully at home with her husband Jack and daughter Nicole by her side.

Born on May 28, 1960, in Baltimore City, Donna was the daughter of the late Lowell Douglass Howell, Sr and Diane Howell. She grew up in Sparrows Point, Maryland with her five brothers, Robert Howell, Kenneth Howell, Lowell Douglass Howell Jr, Steven Howell, and Allan Howell.

In 1986 she began her thirty-year career working for the Department of Defense, beginning at Aberdeen Proving Ground - Edgewood and ending in her retirement at Fort Sam Houston in 2017.  She subsequently moved to Delaware later in 2017.

Donna was a Baltimore Ravens fan who also enjoyed playing games on her iPad and spending time with her fur babies, Honey Bear and Xavier.

Donna is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jackie Goodman of Camden, Delaware and her daughter Nicole Howell of North East, Maryland.

Memorial services will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Donna’s honor be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
