Donald Lee Brown

     Donald Lee Brown, of Dover, DE died on May 3, 2020 at Bayhealth Hospital in Dover, DE following a short term illness.

     Born on April 7, 1948 to the late Stanton Brown and Pearl Brown, he was 73 years old.  He attended William Henry High School in Dover, DE.  He was employed with different companies until starting with the State of Delaware Housing Authority until his retirement in 2008.  Donald enjoyed working around the community helping others.  He often helped Vernon Ingram Auto Body Shop.  He loved bike riding, sports, the Christmas season, music and also had a love for western cowboy movies.

     He was preceded in death by his father Stanton Brown, Sr. and his mother Pearl Brown and his brother Butch Roland “Buster” Brown.  Donald is survived by his beloved lifelong partner and fiancé Delphene “Del” Dixon.  Donald is survived by his daughter Donnee Sanders and her husband Kenny Sanders and their family; brother Stanton Brown, Jr. and his wife Elenore Brown of Felton, Michael Brown of Dover, Barbara Rodgers of Gary, Indiana, Jeanette Brown of Dover, Mary Ann Brown of Felton, Doris Goicuria and Antonio Goicuria of Dover, Diane Brown of Philadelphia, PA as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will be missed dearly.
