Debbie Ann Melvin

Debbie Ann Melvin, 66, of Dover, Delaware passed away Tuesday May 27, 2025.

Debbie was born in Dover, Delaware, December 5, 1958 and was the daughter of the late James Melvin and Carlotta Melvin. She was predeceased by her sister Joanne Martin and brother Perry Melvin. She is survived by her sister Rose Stanchick, brother Paul McMullen, nephew Robert Austin Jr. (Barbara), and several great nieces and nephews.

Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, crocheting blankets, going for walks, and playing bingo.

Debbie’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
