Deanna Rose Ball

    Deanna Rose Ball, of Magnolia, DE, passed away peacefully  on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, in Christiana Hospital. She was 77.

    Deanna was born October 30, 1942, in Lock Haven, Pa. to the late, Willis & Rose (Mayes) Shope. She worked as a library aide for the Keystone Central School District at Bald Eagle Nittany High School, in Pa. . for many years.

    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oran R. Ball(1995), and her siblings, Paul Mayes, Arthur Mayes, Bernie Welch, and Winifred Mayes. Her brother Willard Mayes passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020.

   She is survived by her son, Ralph E. Ball, of Magnolia; her daughter, Kimberly Jo Menghi, of Colorado; 2 sisters, Minnie Mann, of Lock Haven, Pa. and Cheryl McCombs, of Blanchard, Pa.; and 3 grandchildren, Rebekah, Kristen, & Alyssa.

    A Viewing for family and friends will be held at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington, PA. on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 10am-11am, followed by Graveside Services  in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven, PA. Condolences may be sent via: www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
