Danielle Theresa “Dani” Murdaugh (née Kiser), age 51, of Georgetown, Delaware, passed away on July 31, 2025.

Born on July 18, 1974, in Wilmington, Delaware, Danielle was the daughter of the late David and Joan Kiser. She earned her high school diploma from James H. Groves Adult High School and went on to build a life rooted in compassion, creativity, and unwavering strength.

Dani was a woman of remarkable kindness and resilience. Known for her generous spirit, she was always ready to offer a helping hand or a comforting presence to those around her. Her ability to see the good in people left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

She had a deep love for the arts and found joy in photography, drawing, reading, and crafting. A devoted fan of the Harry Potter series, Dani embraced imagination and wonder throughout her life. Her artistic talents were matched only by her warmth and empathy.

Dani’s greatest pride was her family. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Macie Murdaugh; her son Joshua Maldonado; her sister Christine Kiser; and her cherished grandchildren Avery Murdaugh, Olivia Shreve, and Lilly Brown.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Brian Murdaugh; her daughter Madilyn Zoe Murdaugh; and her parents David and Joan Kiser.

May the memory of Danielle Theresa “Dani” Murdaugh bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, DE.   A gathering to say your condolences to the family will take place from 3pm-4pm.
