D. Margaret Messemer passed away peacefully at her home in Camden, DE at the age of 100.

Margie was a wife for 62 years, a mother of 6, grandmother of 9, a great grandmother of 8 and was blessed with 4 great, great grandchildren.

A native of New Jersey, Margie moved to Delaware at the age of 91. Her life was filled with friends, acquaintances, and club members. Anyone she met instantly became a friend. A volunteer at heart, she was a girl scout leader, civil defense director, camper, and avid scrabble player.

Private services are being planned. Final resting place Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains, NJ.
