Clifton R. “Chip” Mosley, 73, of Dover passed away on April 10, 2021.

A funeral service will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Saturday. COVID-19 protocol will be in effect. No more than 50 persons in the funeral home at once. Burial will follow in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. A complete obituary will appear at a later date.
