Charles Richard (Jr.) Naylor

Charles “Rich” Richard Naylor Jr. of Dover passed away, Friday, February 5, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 60.

 Charles was born in South Camden, NJ, the son of the late Charles Richard Naylor and Emily (Bondio) Naylor.

 Charles proudly served his country in the USAF and retired after 21 years as a Master Sergeant.  Afterward he worked for the State of Delaware as a workplace safety consultant.

He enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, watching sports, and spending time with his family.  

 In addition to his father, Charles was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Baumeister.

In addition to his mother Charles is survived by his loving wife Pamela Rae (Fitchett) Naylor; son, Lee Thomas Naylor of Dover; and sister Kathleen Wright of St. Cloud, Fla. 

 A funeral service with military honors will be held 2:00pm, Monday February 15, 2021 at the Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming, DE. where friends may call after 1:00pm. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be sent to www.pippinfuneralhome.com
