Charlene Marie Heckerman

     Charlene M. Heckerman, 43, of Camden passed away Wednesday February 18, 2026 at Kent General Hospital, Dover.

     She was born on  September 19, 1982 in Lynchburg,Va.

     Charlene was a goofy and kind soul who loved to work with animals and dedicated her career to them working at the ASPCA. Charlene loved dancing and being around her family and friends
She is preceded in death by her father Steven L. Heckerman and her brother Bradley W.Heckerman.

     She is survived by her mother Brenda Messing and her husband William E. Messing lll; two children, her daughter Brynn M. Haggerty (22) with her fiance Makei C. Murray and her son Kole J.Haggerty (17); two grandchildren, Malakei J.Murray (3) and Nash R.Murray (6m).  She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles and many friends.
