Bobby Roy Williams

     Bobby Roy Williams, age 85 left this world peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 with his wife at home. 

      Bobby Roy Williams was born on June 3,1940 in Burnsville, West Virginia the son of Leroy and Ocie Williams. Bobby was one of 10 siblings. He grew up in Delaware where he developed a strong work ethic and deep love for his family. After getting certified as a HVAC technician, he went on to pursue a career in heating and air-conditioning, which he dedicated himself to for 60 years.  

     Bobby loved his family and would do anything for them. He could fix anything. He was a “jack of all trades.” He loved antique cars, especially his baby blue 1951 Ford Victoria, which he took to car shows. Bobby also enjoyed working on old tractors, cars, and gardening. 

     Bobby was a loving husband to his wife Norma Williams for 65 years. Together they raised three children Robert, Debbie and Mary, along with two grandchildren, Deana and Ashley. He was a devoted father always there to offer love and guidance. He cherished family gatherings, and his presence of holidays and celebrations brought joy to those around him. 

     His legacy will live on in his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by family and friends and all who knew him. 

     A visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday December 30, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming Delaware 19934 followed by the funeral service at 12:00 P.M.  Burial will follow at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
