Barbara M. (Did-Dell) McClary

Barbara M. McClary, 93, died Tuesday, April 1, 2025 in her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family.

Barbara was born in Cambridge England.  She worked at J.C. Penney for 10 years.  She helped start the McClary Floor Covering business in Camden-Wyoming, Delaware.

She was a Sunday School teacher at Wyoming Methodist Church, a Girl Scout Leader, Junior Auxiliary Leader and a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Gail L. Lewis, and her husband David A. of Dover, sister Susan of Cambs., England, sister Judy of Cambs., England and brother Christopher of Cambs., England, granddaughter Kelly Cristiano, husband Matthew Cristiano and granddaughter Michelle Wheeler of Virginia, great grandchildren Joel Wheeler, wife Barbara Giovanni Cristiano, great great grandchild Jaxson Wheeler.

Service will be 11:00 a.m. Sunday, April 6, 2025 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, where viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m.
