Thelma T. Gaidis

     Thelma T. Gaidis, 97, of Dover passed away on December 23, 2018.

     Mrs. Gaidis was a homemaker.  She enjoyed traveling, gardening, reading and spending time with her family, especially at Christmas.

    Her husband of 68 years, Richard A. Gaidis, Sr., passed away on December 31, 2014. Mrs. Gaidis is survived by two children, Richard A. “Rick” Gaidis, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Dover and Rita Walker and her husband West of Stockton, CA; one granddaughter, Alyse Smalley and her husband Shawn of Lodi, CA; one great grandson, Logan Smalley; and her nephew Clifton Phillips of Willards, MD.

     A committal service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 28, 2018 in the Chapel of Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE  19966.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 16 Polly Drummond Center, Second Floor, Polly Drummond Shopping Center, Newark, DE  19711. Online condolences may be made via www.pippoinfuneralhome.com.
