Please accept my sincere condolences at this difficult time. The pain we experience when we lose someone close is unnatural. But it is comforting that our Heavenly father promises to get rid of what causes the pain, which is death (1 Corinthians 15:26). More than that, he promises a positive hope for the future in which we can see our dear loved ones again (John 5:28,29).

We remember Roger through the years: Pictures given lovingly by his mom, my sister, Joy. There was Baby Roger,Roger with Santa,his baseball cards with his bat in hand. Then 11 yo old Roger holding 1month old sister Brittany. Can still hear him calling "Hey, Aunt Marcie". He became a loving husband and father and a wonderful person taken too soon.

To me you will always be "lil roger"....we met when I was 10 and you were 8. We lived three houses down from one another on Victory Ave. You and my brothers were good friends down at each others house almost everyday! We were more then friends we were family that went through a lot with each other. I'll always cherish the cookouts, playing softball, celebrating birthdays, you and me going to Pasadena skating rink on Fridays, and growing up together as teens especially when your mother opened her home up to me when I was pregnant...I will forever cherish the memories, laughter, and fun you and I had those few years...you were such a kind hearted, loving cool kid that I thought of as a little brother.
