Phillip Todd Hagen

Hockessin – Phillip Todd Hagen of Hockessin has been called home. He passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 4, 2017.  Phillip was born on January 12, 1968 in California to Randolph Hagen and Pauline Hagen.  He was a great father and a good friend. Phil could light up the room with his humor and charm. His joy of life was contagious. We are grateful for the memories and time we spent with you. Phillip (dad), no farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. Our hearts still ache in sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.

Like a shooting star flying across the Moon, so fast so far, you were gone too soon.

He is survived by his sons, Phillip Jr. and Thomas E. and his daughter Bella M.; his mother Pauline and stepdad Gilbert, his siblings Linda, Randolph, Paul, and Eric, his fiancée Kimberly Brooks and her 3 children, and many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his father Randolph and his sister Juanita.

We will be celebrating his life at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church, 2431 Frazer Rd, Newark, DE 19702 on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm followed by a Mass.
