Noelani Nicole Lowman was born October 8, 2019 and went home to be with the Lord October 11, 2019. She is the daughter of Tylie Lowman and Destiny Lindsay.

She is survived by her parents, Tylie and Destiny; grandparents, Virginia (Demetrius) Martin, Quintin Lowman, Anna Picaroni & Camille Lindsay-Mosley; great grandparents Aaron (Linda) Butcher, Dennis (Madeline) Collins & Waddell Hutchinson; aunts, uncles cousins extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her great uncle, Jeffrey Collins,; second cousin, Deandry Lindsay & great grandmother, Sylvia Lindsay.

Private services have taken place.
