Kenneth I. Fuchs, 82, passed away from complications of Alzheimer's on Tuesday, April 9, with his wife Jill by his side.
Kenny was born and lived in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to Camden, Delaware in 2005.
Kenny was active in several theater groups throughout Brooklyn and New York City and was a very talented and versatile actor. He appeared in many plays and several movies and television shows.
Jill and Kenny were active politically both in Brooklyn and later in their new home in Delaware. Kenny was most recently Councilman in Camden and a Member of the Delaware Relocation Authority. Kenny always had a funny story to tell and loved to make everyone laugh and be happy whenever he was around them. His laughter was infectious, and he was always fun to be with.
He leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Jill (Seiferth); his daughter, Franny Bavaro (Jack); his daughter, Marcella Benda (David); his grandchildren: Rene' Hannah, Johnny and Matthew. He was predeceased by his sister, Rene' (Cutter) and his parents Fred and Anne (Becker).
The family would like to thank the great care Westminster Nursing Facility showed Kenny and Jill during his long illness. They were always attentive to Kenny's needs and helped make him comfortable the entire time he was there.
