John Legates, Jr., 85, of Harrington passed away on January 7, 2017 at Kent General Hospital.
Mr. Legates enjoyed watching WWF and WWE on television.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Legates. He is survived by five children: Betty J. Pavone of West Deptford, NJ, John Legates, III of Gibbstown, NJ, Jerry Legates of Harrington, Christine L. Smith and her husband Andrew of Gibbstown, NJ and Wendy Legates of Harrington; one sister, Jane Wilkins of Milford; 15 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be 7:00 P.M. Saturday, January 13, 2108 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. on Saturday. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
