Dear Peter and family,
I will always remember how warm and loving your parents were, and how they included us for so many years in the wonderful 4th of July picnic, country dance, and fireworks extravaganza. Those picnics are among some of my best memories. Our thoughts are with you.
With love,
Doug Harrell (and Michelle)

Chilren and family of Win and Edith
My experience with your family was grounding. Your mom was my English comp instructor at DSU and your dad offered so much to this community with all the focus he places on arts and humanities. Thank you so much for sharing them with us. Their loss is a deep one for Dover. Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Hi Rose
So sorry to hear of your father's passing. I just went to the Pippin's website to look at my mother's obituary which is next to your father's obituary. My mother's service was Saturday. God Bless Alma

It was truly a privilege to be a part of Mroz' Monday night music for nearly 8 years. Win shared his musical knowledge, his humor, and his hospitality with us so generously. He and those music sessions will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are extended to his loving family.

My condolences to the Mroz family. Dr. Mroz delivered both of my children. The first delivery he came from a performance, directly to the hospital, dressed as Fiddler on the Roof!

I regret that prior commitments prevent me from attending the celebration of Win's life. What an amazing life he had. We at the Southern Academy of Lifelong Learning in Lewes with Win's gift for teaching. Whether his course was about Ben Franklin or Charlemagne or resistance to Hitler in Germany or the German language he was always well prepared and interesting. He did everything with a twinkle in his eyes and loved the amusing, dramatic touch such as showing up for clas dressed as Ben Franklin. And his leadership of the English country dance program is a legacy that will always be remembered. Bon Voyage,Win

It was my privilege to have befriended Dr. Mroz a few years ago at the Dover YMCA. We enjoyed many challenging conversations during those years, and I learned much from his vast knowledge of history, language, and music. He will certainly be missed by the many who knew him at the Y, and I will miss our exchanges and friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
