Blanche Viola (Banks) Staggs

Blanche Viola Staggs, age 94, went home to be with the Lord December 6, 2017.  Blanche was born December 16, 1922 in Federalsburg, MD.  she is the beloved mother of Edward (Irene) Banks, Elaine Wilson & Clifton Tilghman.  Proud grandmother of 3.  She loved fishing, cooking & spending time with family.  Private services have taken place.
