Adeline Borth, 75, of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at her residence in Delaware. A graveside service will be held at a date to be determined in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Adeline was born January 28, 1944 in Fairfax, Minnesota. She attended Fairfax High School, Mankato State University (MN), and University of Kansas – Lawrence, majoring in Political Science. She was active in political functions throughout college. Adeline worked for the IRS in Washington, D.C. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and following current events.

Survivors include siblings Elsie (Donald) Linsmeier (Fairfax, MN), Gilbert Borth (Fairfax, MN), and Elaine (Roger) Frie (St. Joseph, MN) and 15 nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Eleanor Borth; her lifelong partner, Lew Kirschner; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Borth.

Adeline will be remembered for her intelligence and her kind, gentle, and caring personality. She will be greatly missed by all.

Memorials to support research by the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association are preferred.
