Robert Edwin Selheimer

Robert Edwin Selheimer of Dover, De passed away in his home on April 20th 2024. He was 84 years old. Robert was born on September 30th 1939 in ChiChester, Pennsylvania to the late Grace and Harry Selheimer.  Robert was a loving son, brother,  husband, father, pop pop and uncle.   He was a loving man that cherished spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Robert loved doing the Lord’s work. He wrote blogs on the internet about word for God. He wrote to many people in prison’s about the Lord.  So many people in prison wrote him back. He loved going to church and bible study. Robert definitely was a Godly man. He enjoyed being an ambulance driver when he lived in New Castle, De. Robert loved baseball, college football (Penn State) and NASCAR racing. 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Jeannie Selheimer, his brother Harry Selheimer and his grandson Tyler J. Parton. Robert is survived by his loving daughter Katie Winchester, (his one and only favorite), son in law Jeff Winchester, son Thomas Selheimer, Crystal Morris, 8 grandchildren: Taylor, Timothy, Candace, Nicholas, Heather, Kristina, Catherine and Christopher and 8 great grandchildren: Alyssa, Sophia, Trinity, Emmitt, Stanley, Hazel, Elizabeth and Kwahi, his Sister in law Jo Ann Reedy, and his nieces and nephews. There will not be a funeral, as to Robert’s request.
