William Victor McCoy

William Victor McCoy Age 70, of Dover, Delaware passed away November 20, 2016 at his home.  He was born May 31, 1946 in Center Ridge, Arkansas to the late Aldon & Vivian McCoy.  Mr. McCoy is survived by his wife of 46 years Patricia S. McCoy; children: Shelley (Richard) Evans & Kevin McCoy; grandchildren: Theresa, Sarah & Erin Evans; brother Larry McCoy, nieces, nephews and friends.  His parents, a brother Art McCoy and sister Betty Stell precede him in death.  Public gathering Friday, November 25, 2016 from 10-11 am at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE, private service and Interment to follow.
