Vicki S. Osborne, of Felton, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 71.
Vicki was born, May 14, 1944, in Dover, DE to the late, Francis & Edith(Grier) Owens. She worked for the City of Dover, for over 20 years, before retiring; and liked playing computer games, and watching cooking shows where she learned how to bake a “killer” cheesecake.
Vicki is survived by her 6 children, Cathy Jo Moore & her husband, Jeff, of Felton;
Joseph Shahan, Jr. & his wife, Bonnie, of Smyrna; Robert Shahan & his wife, Terry, of Covington, VA.; Gary Shahan, of Smyrna; Robin Hyde & her husband, Thomas, of Effort, PA. and Kimberly Shreves & her husband, James, of Dover. 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
