Tina Arlene (Shaw) Morris, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 55.
Tina was born April 21, 1962, in Smyrna, DE to the late, Alfred & Sandra Shaw.
She spent most of her life working in the Construction Business for George & Lynch, then Kent Constuction for several years. In her free time she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne O’Neil , a son, Joseph Lee Morris; and a grandson, Jermaine Colbert, Jr.
Tina is survived by her husband, Donald L. Morris; 4 children, Jason Luke Shaw, of Dover; Amber Lynn Shaw, of Harrington; Mandy Nicole Morris-Jackson, of Dover and Aaron Jesse Morris, of Dover. Her brothers, Alfred, Carl, and Glen Shaw, all of Syracuse, N.Y.; her sister, Sheila Lopez, of Syracuse, N.Y.; her grandchildren, Justice Shaw, Destiny Shaw, Skylar Shaw, Angel Colbert, Jermaine Colbert, III, Caden Mosley, Colby Carter, and Aaron Jesse Morris, Jr.; her niece, Jamie Cox, of Greenwood ; her best friend Jackie Boggs, of Magnolia; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1 to 3 pm, Sunday, May 7, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
