Teresa Kaye Kemp

Teresa Kaye Kemp, of Felton, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016, in  Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 55.

     Kaye was born September 30, 1961, in Dover to the Late, Carl & Dorothy(Donophan) Hutson, Jr. She was a Graduate of Lake Forest High School, Class of 1980; very involved with the 4-H; and had been a floral designer for over 35 years for several florists including Country Flowers, in Harrington; Roots & Branches, in Dover and Cook & Smith, in Dover.

    In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Christine Maloney, and her mother-in-law, Gloria Jean Kemp.

    Kaye is survived by her husband of 25 years, Kenneth Maurice Kemp; 2 daughters, Kayla Marie Kemp & Kristen Renae Kemp, both at home; her step-mother, Rose Hutson, of Henderson, MD.;  4 brothers, Billy Hutson(Cathy),of Lincoln; Eddie Hutson(Lorraine), of Felton; Ronnie Hutson(Lisa), of Florida; and Ricky Hutson(Nancy) , of Greensboro,MD. ; 4 sisters, Lois Hutson, of Harrington; Phyllis Wright(Glenn), of Wyoming; Kathy Voshell-Boole(John), of Wyoming; Sheri Dailey, of Wyoming; and Pat Wyatt(Steve), of Felton; father-in-law, Maurice Elwood Kemp, of Wyoming; and a brother-in-law, David E. Kemp(Stacey), of Lincoln; as well as several nieces & nephews.

    A gathering of family and friends will take place from 6 to 8 pm, Sunday, November 20, 2016, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave.,Wyoming.  Funeral Services are at 11am, Monday, November 21, 2016; with burial to follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
