Shawn Griffith Taylor, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015, in the Seasons Hospice Unit at Christiana Hospital, Newark, surrounded by her loving family. She was 55.
Shawn was born October 11, 1959, in Dover, to the late, Milton & Jean(Defibaugh)
Griffith. Shawn enjoyed doing crafts, gardening & decorating.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Stacey Tatman.
Shawn is survived by her daughter, Heather B. Vickery, and her husband, Phillip, of
Summerville, S.C.; a sister. Andrea Griffith, of Felton; 2 brothers, Milton S. Griffith &
his wife, Patricia, of Felton and Robert S. Griffith, of Harrington; 2 granddaughters,
Auslen & Ava Vickery; a niece and nephews.
Services will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to
Seasons Hospice, 220 Continental Drive, suite 101, Newark, Delaware 19713.
