Ronald Lee Clapper, 69, of Camden passed away on August 11, 2016 in Kent General Hospital.
Ret. MSgt Clapper served as an aircraft mechanic for the United States Air Force, retiring in 1988 from Dover AFB, DE after 22 years of service. Mr. Clapper enjoyed NASCAR and bass fishing.
Mr. Clapper was preceded in death by his wife, Gisela Clapper. He is survived by his three daughters: Patricia G. Henault of Magnolia, Monica Allen of Magnolia and Andrea Bytof and her husband Jeff of Felton; three sisters: Mary Lou Stiffler of Osterburg, PA, Jone Kingery of Alexandria, VA and Barbara Leidy of Martinsburg, PA; four grandchildren: Danielle Henault, Nathaniel Allen, Jeffrey Bytof and Kylie Bytof.
There will be a viewing from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934. Funeral services and burial will be later in Martinsburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the USO, www.uso.org/donatedelaware.
