Robin R. “Weensie” Taylor, 53, of Dover passed away on April 17, 2016.
Robin was currently working in case management for the State of Delaware for the past eight years. She enjoyed dancing and playing Spades. She had formerly spent a lot of time in the Georgetown area.
Robin is survived by her two children, Dionna J. Taylor of Dover and Darien R. Carney of Dover; her father, William Bynum and his wife Elima of Harrington; her step daughter Ashley Carney of Milford; her step son Milton Carney, Jr. of Milford; two brothers: Orlando “Pee Wee” Taylor and his girl friend Bobbie McBride of Dover and Darrell Bynum of North Carolina; two sisters: Franshell Best of Frederica and Leona Davis of Greenwood; three grandchildren: Alivya, Alisyn and Avayah; and three step grandchildren: Damone “C.J.” Wilson, Samone Wilson and Hannah Carney; her boyfriend of 18 years, Milton “Reggie” Carney; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts. She was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Beckwith.
A funeral service will be Noon Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 600 N. Church Street, Milford, DE 19963 where there will be a viewing on Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until Noon. Burial will follow in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford.
