Richard “Ricky” Ranshaw age 56, of Dover, DE, passed away March 10, 2017.  Mr. Ranshaw is survived by his wife Gina, dear family and devoted friends.  Memorial service 3 pm, Saturday, March 18, 2017 at  Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W.
