Pauline Boone, of Dover, passed away, Saturday, March 3, 2018, in Kent General Hospital. She was 83.
Pauline was born August 10, 1934, in Cecilton, Maryland, to the late, George Alfred Hurtt & Rose Elizabeth (Luff) Hurtt. She worked for many years as a seamstress for I.L.C., sewing together space suits for NASA. She was very active with the Cooties of the Veterans of Foreign Wars; and in her free time enjoyed gardening, antiques, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Anna Hurtt & Sarah Blackiston; brothers, Wilmer, Edward, Carl, Wesley, James & George; son-in-law, Carlton(Bud) Smith; granddaughter, Megan Smith Pulleyn and a great-grandson, Coleman W. Brown.
Pauline is survived by 4 Daughters, Diane Knies & husband, John; Joan Smith; Dottie Karbaum & husband, Roland; and Terry Coleman & husband, Tommy. Her grandchildren, Becki Leslie & husband, Chris; Cheri Knies, Jason Luff, Alexis Smith, Corey & Colby Baxter, Ryan Karbaum, Brad Coleman & wife, Julie; Tina Brown & husband, Danny; and Trevor Coleman & wife, Kasey; and her great-grandchildren, Julia & John Leslie; Mason & Madison Luff, Preston Coleman, Trey, Taylor & Lexie Brown; Teagan & Tanner Coleman; as well as many nieces, nephews, and her many cherished friends.
