Nancy Jane Williams

Nancy Jane Williams, 74, passed away Monday, November 24, 2014 at Kent County General Hospital, Dover DE.

Born in Wilkes Barre, PA she was the daughter of Anne and Kenneth Crocker of Shavertown, PA.

Nancy's greatest joy was her family. She never met a stranger and loved to fill her home with family and friends. Her ability to connect with people made her successful in her career in retail sales and management. Her spirit was ageless, her smile infectious, her personality could fill a room. She was strong, stubborn, opinionated, joyful, compassionate, playful and loving. Nancy met all challenges head on and dealt with them with strength and grace.

She is survived by her husband, Allan Williams, children, LaVerne Miers-Bond, Kail Miers and her children Jordan, Lauren and Trevor, Shawn Craumer and his children Madison, Emily and Rachel, Step son Dennis Williams and his wife Shawn and children Alexa, Drew and Austin, brother Richard Struthers and his wife Sharon and children Ryan, Brice and Corrie, half sister Sharon Yakabovicz, 2 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 29, 2014, at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming Delaware.  Friends may gather from 3:00-4:00 pm.  A reception will be held at the Barclay Farms Community Center on Painter Lane in Camden Delaware from 5 – 8PM. In leiu of flowers, donations can be made to the The Claudia Mayer / Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center at Howard County General Hospital
