Nancy E Kiefer

     Nancy E. Kiefer, 79, of Magnolia passed away on October 14, 2016.

     Mrs. Kiefer is survived by her three children:  David B. Rugur and his wife Keomalay of Sanford, Florida, Ellen M. Aparicio and her husband Jaime of Magnolia and Elizabeth K. Roop of Smyrna; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Byron Rugur and by her second husband, Carl Kiefer.
