Mark Anthony Harris, of Milford, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 11, 2017. He was 54.
Mark was born February 3, 1963, in Milford to Clarence Harris and the Late, Angela(Rufus) Harris.
Mark received his education from the Milford School District, and upon graduation, served proudly in the U.S. Army for 4 years. At his death Mark worked at Perdue in Milford. Even though he had many challenges, he was strong-willed, loved his family, was always willing to help others, and had a smile that would light up a room. His favorite football team was the Washington Redskins.
In addition to his mother, Mark was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Thomas & Naomie Harris; maternal grandparents Wiley Rufus and Catherine Rikcaro; and one aunt, Bessie Ross.
He leaves to cherish his memories his father, Clarence Harris, Sr., of Milford; his brother, Clarence Harris, Jr. & wife, Faith, of Ellendale; a son, Mark Harris, Jr. , of Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will take place 11am, Friday, March 17, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may begin gathering at 10:30am. Condolences may be sent via: www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
