Margaret B. Kane, 75, of Hartly DE, passed peacefully at her home on Monday, August 14, 2017. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Richard C Kane. She is survived by her two children, Christopher Smith (Kory), and Kimberly Kane (Brent), her step-daughter Shannon Griffith (Joe) and five grandchildren, Wyatt, Garrett, Hunter, Amelia and Taryn.
Margaret was an Army veteran that enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and crafting. She was an avid animal lover that donated generously to multiple causes.
A Celebration of Life service will be held, Saturday August 19, 2017 at Pippin’s Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave in Wyoming, DE. Visitation will begin at 11am with the service following at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society or the S.P.C.A.
