Lillian Estelle Bailey, of Seaford, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, June 13, 2016, in Nanticoke Hospital, Seaford. She was 64.
Lillian was born, August 29, 1951, in Mardela Springs, MD to the late, Charles & Edith Mae(Shockley) Kenney. She had worked as a cook at the Cheer Center, in Greenwood, DE for several years.
Lillian is survived by 2 children, Robbin S. Lecates & her husband, Keith and Sherrie Lynn Dolbey & her boyfriend, Alan Tull, both of Laurel; her grandchildren, Zachary Layton Lecates, Veronica L. Dolbey, and Gabrielle B. Tull, all of Laurel; a brother, Charles E. Kenney, of Smyrna; Deborah Steele, of Millsboro; and Shirley Burtelle, of Laurel; and several nieces & nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am, Saturday, June 25, 2016, in The Ark, Seaford Wesleyan Church, 26630 Sussex Highway(Route13 SB) Seaford,DE.
