Larry Walter Yearsley

Milford- Larry Walter Yearsley passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 68.

Mr. Yearsley was the son of the late Walter and Dorothy (Clough) Yearsley.

 Mr. Yearsley retired after working 36 years as a forklift operator for Playtex Corporation. Mr. Yearsley enjoyed hunting, racing, and mostly enjoying spending time with his family, especially the grandkids.

 In addition to both parents his brother Frank also preceded Mr. Yearsley in death.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Shirley (King) Yearsley; son Larry Yearsley of Bridgeville; daughter Colette Cooper of VA; son Dwayne Colman (Nikki) of Germany; daughter Holly Cortez (Josh) of Lincoln and daughter Tina Blake (Kris) of Spain; 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Janice Hamilton, Phyllis Ferringer, Bonnie Gehrman and a brother Billy Yearsley; several nieces and nephews

A viewing will be held from 6pm-8pm on Wednesday September 14, 2016 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden- Wyoming Ave. Wyoming. Funeral service will be 11am Thursday, September 15, 2015 at the funeral home. Family has suggested casual attire. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to, Bayhealth Milford Memorial Cancer Center, 21 West Clark Ave. Milford, DE 19963.
