Kathryn S. (Scotton) Bush

  Kathryn S. Bush of Wyoming passed away  Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Kent General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was 91.

  Mrs. Bush was born the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Wright) Scotton. She retired from the State of Delaware and also drove a bus for Dawson Bus Service for several years.

  Mrs. Bush enjoyed cleaning, crocheting, word search puzzles, watching the Phillies and most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

  In addition to both parents, she was, preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 2008 and also by 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

  Mrs. Bush is survived by a son Robert Bush and his wife Marcella of Florida, a son Richard Bush of Wyoming, a daughter Wanda Houdek and her husband Michael of Wyoming, 2 sisters 7 grandchildren Rob Bush, Marcy Travino, Lis Bush, Eric Houdek, Melissa Piazza, Allison Houdek, and Jeremy Bush, 8 great grandchildren, Abbey Bush, Madison Houdek, Bryce Piazza, Michaela Houdek, Cali Houdek, Connor Doyle, Liam Piazza, and Brooklyn Bush, she is also survived by her best friend of 74 years,  Helen Workman who  was like a sister to her.

  A funeral service will be held 11:00am Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave, Wyoming, where a viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday evening. Burial will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
