Joseph Thomas Blake, Jr., 61, of Felton passed away on November 25, 2016 at the Kent General Hospital.
Joe had been a plant worker for several years. He had been a high school wrestler and enjoyed fishing and sports. He was a former member of Solid Rock Church in Hartly.
Joe is survived by one son, Joseph T. Blake, III of Still Pond, MD; his father, Joseph Thomas Blake, Sr. and his wife Marilyn of Clayton; three brothers: William Blake and his wife Jill of Waynesville, MO, Adrian Blake and his wife LaVerne of Warton, MD and Michael Blake and his girl friend Jaime of Waynesville, MO; his life partner Deborah Bush of Felton; his step daughter Shateria Bush; and his uncle Arbell Thomas of Rock Hall, MD.
A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. Friday. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
