James N. Clayton, 53, of Townsend passed away on June 10, 2017.
Mr. Clayton is survived by two children, James R. Henry of Wilmington and Tierra M. Henry of Wilmington; three brothers: Charles E. King of Newark, Clarence F. Clayton, Sr. and his wife Donna of Townsend and Samuel E. Clayton of Newark; one sister, Curetha M. Blackiston of Smyrna and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Leroy A. Clayton, his parents Lillie M (King) Clayton and James Leroy Clayton and by his grandparents Clarence F. Skyers and Carrie (Clayton) Skyers.
A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 300 New Street, Middletown, DE 19709 where there will be a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. Saturday. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
