Hugo V. Tjinkonfat, 85, died Monday, October 30, 2017 at the Delaware Veterans Center, Milford.
He is survived by two daughters Nita Dranoff and Tina Stowers and one grandchild Christopher Stowers.
Burial with full military honors will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 in the chapel of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, Delaware.
