Gregory M. Scott, Jr., 42, passed Friday morning, Sept. 2, 2016, in Dover. He is the victim of what appears to have been vehicular homicide, from which the driver and passengers fled. Mr. Scott, born near Exton, Va., is the son of Gregory and Herma Scott of Dover. In addition to his parents, he is mourned by his son, Trequon Seth, daughter Vonnie Cummings and his granddaughter Amari, brothers George and Gary Anderson, sisters Dara and Maia Scott and a host of relatives and friends. After cremation, his life will be celebrated at a memorial service to be held in the Harvest Room, Whatcoat Methodist Church, 341 Saulsbury Rd, Dover, DE 19904, 12-2 pm, Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016.
