Grace Donophan, of Wyoming, passed away Wednesday, June 21,2017, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 76.
Grace was born January 4, 1941, in Smyrna, DE; to the late Roy & Minnie(Hagen) Dawkins. She was a member of the Little Creek Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, The Harvest Years, and the Little Creek United Methodist Church. In her free time, Grace enjoyed fishing and doing word search puzzles.
In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Donophan; two brothers, George Dawkins & Thomas R. Dawkins; and her sister, Anne Schuman.
Grace is survived by her 2 children, Gregory Donophan, and Pamela Nicholas, both of Wyoming,DE ; her grandchildren, Jason Donophan, of Harrington; Brian Nicholas,
of Felton; Amanda Nicholas, of Camden and Colin Donophan. of Dover; along with 6 Great-Grandchildren.
Viewing will be held from 7 to 9 pm, Monday, June 26, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where Funeral Services will be held the next day, Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 11am. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
