Gary T. Talbot

Gary was born on May, 26 1955 in Philadelphia PA.  He passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family.  Gary leaves behind Janet, his loving wife of 37 years, two sons – Thomas and wife Serena and Matthew and wife Jenna, a daughter – Shannon and one grandson – Collin.  One brother George, two sisters Gina and Tracy.  He worked in retail for most of his adult life.  Gary was a quiet, honest, and hard working man.  He was a self taught carpenter who loved to build and create.  If he wasn’t in the back yard sleeping in his hammock, you could find him in Virginia where he was building a home for him and Janet to retire to.   Gary loved his family more than anything and was so proud of his children.  He was a loving and doting Pop-Pop and was teaching his young grandson to art of carpentry.  Gary will be loved and missed by many.  Join his family in a celebration of his life on January 6th 1-3pm at their home. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Delaware Hospice or The American Cancer Society.
