Florence M Brown

Florence M. Brown, of Dover, went to be with our Lord on Monday, November 24, 2014.  She was 74 years old.  Florence was born in Dover, Delaware, to the late William and Frances Rash of Camden, Delaware.

Florence was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School.  She was a member of Modern Maturity Senior Center in Dover and loved gathering there with friends, playing cards and scrabble.  Florence was an avid crocheter, with a special love in making afghans, especially for babies.  She was also an exceptional crafter and artist. 

Florence is survived by her two daughters Donna and Richard Wadsley of Grasonville, MD, Terrie Brown of Millsboro, DE; grandchildren, Brian and Kathryn Wadsley, Stephanie Wilhoit, Amanda and Jason Carroll, Staff Sgt. Michael and Kim Wilhoit, Kelly Wilhoit; great-grandchildren, Benjamin Wadsley, Eva Mabrey,, Kenzie Wilhoit, and Harrison Mabrey, brother James and Laura Rash of Bloomberg, TX , and extended family and friends.

Funeral Services will be 1: 00 on Friday November 28, 2014, at  Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, De. where friends may call  one hour earlier. Online condolences may be sent to www.pippinfuneralhome.com
