Ernestine (Green) Snell

Mother Ernestine Snell was born December 25th, 1947 in Ocala, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Sylvester Greene and Edna Waters. Mother Snell transitioned this life at the age of 67, November 27th, 2015 at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. She was educated in the public schools of Lowell, Florida and worked for Perdue Inc. for over 30 years. Mother Snell loved watching westerns and feeding birds and squirrels, but most of all she loved GIVING GOD PRAISE. She was a faithful covenant member of Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries where she served under her pastors, Jerome and Rhonda Trott; her son and daughter-in-law.

Mother Snell touched many lives with her kind smile and her thoughtful words wherever she went, be-it dialysis appointments, physical therapy or just to church. She loved her church and the people she was around. She had a smile that lit up the room and truly brightened any and everyone’s day. Mother Snell never, ever complained about her condition, but instead praised and worshiped God through it all.

Mother Ernestine leaves to cherish her memory through one brother: Brother Eugene Waters and one aunt: Lucille Thomas, both from Ocala, Florida; Four children: LeDante Bordley (Carl) from Salisbury, Md, Jerome Trott Jr. (Rhonda), LaFrance Trott (Dwayne) and LaFon Trott who all reside in Dover, Delaware. She leaves behind 15 grandchildren: Allandis, Arostotle Johnson Crystal, Darren Dennis, India, Jaylin, JaQuay, Jermara, Jireh, KeAndre’, Lorne, Richard Jr., Shauntay, Tramell, and Shekeila Johnson. Mother Ernestine also leaves behind 7 great-grandchildren and many loved neices, nephews and friends. Mother Ernestine is preceded in death by two sisters, Lee Waters and Geraldine Waters and a great-grandaughter, Allazaha Russ.

Funeral services will be 11am on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Power House Ministries 115 East Glenwood Ave. Smyrna, De. 19977.  Friends may call after 9am. Burial will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park; Dover Condolences may be sent online at www.pippinfuneralhome.com
