Debra R. Howell, 60, of Milton passed away on March 19, 2017.
Debra had been a laborer for about 21 years for Paramount, which later became Cargill, which later became Allens.
Debra is survived by her daughter, Leticia Howell of Laurel, DE; her son, Eric L. Howell of Milton; her mother Essie V. Fountain of Milton; three brothers: Anthony Howell of Ellendale, Michael Howell of Ellendale and Carlous Howell of Milford; three sisters: Jacqueline Brisco and her husband Manchester of Milton, Carolyn Crawford and her husband Leon of Lewes and Wanda Howell of Largo, MD; seven grandchildren and one great grandson.
A funeral service will be Noon Monday, March 27, 2017 at Welcome Full Gospel Church, 8426 Brick Granary Road, Lincoln, DE 19960 (Slaughter Neck) where there will be a viewing from 10:00 A.M. until Noon Monday. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
